Freightserve Recruitment is seeking a Senior Import Clerk for a busy niche sector Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Handling all import air shipments from start to finish.
2. Responding to all customer requests via telephone and email.
3. Preparing and collating all import documentation.
4. Managing customs clearances (basic entries).
5. Coordinating with transporters and airlines.
6. Providing high-level customer service.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
