Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking an Implementation Senior Lead to join the Implementation Team in Leeds. You will provide high‑quality implementation support across finance workstreams, partnering with clients and project teams to onboard and sustain client partnerships.

The role requires strong data skills, process design, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work in a collaborative team with coaching duties, supporting Implementation Leads and ensuring delivery against scope and milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate and present data.
• Knowledge of NHS Shared Business Services processes and financial workflows.
• Experience with Oracle applications or financial/procurement systems.
• Ability to plan, organize and structure work to meet deadlines across multiple client assignments.
• Project delivery experience with problem‑solving and risk management.
• Client-focused and adaptable approach when supporting organisations through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead process impact workshops and walkthroughs for clients.
• Establish local processes, data requirements and volumes to support design decisions.
• Develop integrated process solutions reflecting NHS SBS systems and client needs.
• Act as a key contact for clients and Implementation Leads, resolving escalations and providing training.
• Support project scope, milestones, risks, issues, reporting, cutover planning and stabilisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices with the team.
