Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote (UK-Based)

Department: Professional Services

Reports To: Director of Professional Services

Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant within our Professional Services team, you will take a leading role in deploying complex enterprise software solutions for clients in the packaging and manufacturing sectors. This position blends technical understanding, industry expertise, and a consultative approach to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their systems.

You’ll be responsible for managing key phases of the implementation lifecycle—from gathering business requirements to configuring systems, delivering training, and supporting go-live transitions. Success in this role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of operational workflows in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality software implementations

• Lead project activities such as requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, testing, and training delivery

• Facilitate on-site and remote workshops to assess client needs and align the solution accordingly

• Develop supporting materials including documentation, proposals, and internal tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by enhancing internal processes and best practices

• Provide support throughout the client lifecycle, including post-deployment assistance

• Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced consultants within the team

• Maintain a minimum average billable utilisation of 80%

• Stay up to date with product features and industry trends to advise clients effectively

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Exceptional communication and time management abilities

• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones

• Adept at multitasking in dynamic environments

• Responsive, client-focused, and highly organised

• Self-driven with a desire to progress within the organisation

• Capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the corrugated packaging or folding carton industry

• Prior experience delivering enterprise software implementations

• Deep understanding of operational processes in manufacturing settings

• Familiarity with at least one industry-specific ERP or business management solution

• Proven background in a consultancy or professional services setting

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
