Senior Software Implementation Consultant

UK - Fully Remote

I am recruiting for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant on behalf of a US-based global client, a leader in software solutions for the packaging industry.

As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in the Professional Services team, leading or supporting enterprise software implementations for clients in manufacturing and packaging sectors. This role requires strong consultative skills, product knowledge, and the ability to ensure customer success through effective implementation strategies.

You should be comfortable working both on-site and remotely with clients. Responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, configuring software, documenting processes, training end-users, troubleshooting, and supporting go-live activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support software implementation projects with internal teams and clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client needs.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and training materials.
• Train end-users and administrators on solutions.
• Support testing and resolve issues during implementation.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients and internal use.
• Contribute to team improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and provide expertise across teams.
• Support sales enablement and knowledge base development.
• Maintain an average billable utilization rate of 80% or higher.
