As an Implementation Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering and optimising core systems like PSA, RMM, and reporting platforms for MSP businesses worldwide. By tailoring solutions to their unique business needs, you’ll drive measurable outcomes, enhance efficiency, and help partners achieve sustained success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as the primary contact, training stakeholders and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Deliver the system configurations to meet the partners needs while aligning with our best practices.
• Execution of project plans to ensure stakeholders achieve the defined ROI against the project.
• Configure, customise, and migrate data into core systems with precision.
• Align system configurations with partner needs and our best practices.
• Ensure clients achieve ROI through strategic project execution.
• Stay updated on system features, industry news, and vendor developments.
• Travel to partner sites and industry events (15 - 20% of the role).
• Contribute to the adaptation of our processes and frameworks to evolve our delivery.
• Stay up-to-date and enabled on all new and in-development latest systems functionality, industry news, and vendor developments to ensure partners utilise the most current features.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have experience in the Managed Service Provider Industry: You’ve worked within an MSP for at least 3 years and understand its nuances.
• Tech Expertise: Familiarity with PSA, CRM, or ticketing systems within an MSP. Bonus points for experience in implementing and migrating core systems.
• Project Management Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Enjoy a Fast Pace: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, ever evolving.
• Comfort with Remote Work: You thrive in a remote working environment, collaborating effectively without the need for regular in-person interaction.
