You will join a top-tier immigration team known for asylum work, public funding expertise, and high-profile matters. The role offers hybrid working, clear career progression, and exposure to training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of application.
• Experience managing Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers.
• Strong client care and professional pro-active approach.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all immigration work from initial applications to Tribunal and upper Court matters.
• Prepare witness statements and Home Office submissions.
• Develop training and mentoring within the department.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and manage complex caseloads.
• Engage in business development and marketing to support workload.
