Job summary

GEMINI RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD, in partnership with a Legal 500 firm, seeks three or more IAAS Accredited Immigration Solicitors/Supervisors for permanent roles based in Birmingham. You will manage immigration caseloads from initial applications through to Tribunal and higher court appeals.

The team values strong client care, professional advocacy, and the ability to develop others, with hybrid working as part of the firm’s policy.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Law Society Immigration Accreditation / supervisor status.
• Clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
• Strong management skills and ability to supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers on immigration matters.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Deliver training and development within the department.
