Qualifications

• 5+ PQE+ or equivalent seniority in UK immigration practice.
• Experience advising multinational clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Sponsor Licence strategy, compliance and Home Office investigations.
• Handle Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other sponsored routes.
• Manage Right to Work and immigration compliance.
• Advise on immigration issues arising from M&A, restructures and global mobility.
• Handle ILR, citizenship and complex private client matters.
