Job summary

Financial Divisions in Hitchin/Stevenage is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to provide high-level administrative support within an established IFA/wealth management environment.

You will work closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, handling client documentation, applications and case progression while aligning with FCA requirements and embracing AI-powered tools to optimise processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within an IFA / wealth management environment.
• Solid background within an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning in progress.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Preparing client documentation and meeting packs.
• Processing new business and client instructions.
• Liaising with providers, platforms and third parties.
• Obtaining valuations and conducting product/provider research.
• Preparing illustrations and supporting documentation.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring files are kept up to date.
• Supporting pension, investment and protection cases.
• Assisting with suitability and review processes.
• Processing applications and monitoring cases through to completion.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, Advisers and providers.
• Using modern technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
