Job summary

TFAS Wealth Limited is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to own end-to-end IFA administration and support advisers with a high standard of service. The role offers a clear path towards paraplanning, including straightforward ongoing reviews where no new business is involved.

You will manage a varied caseload, liaise with providers, maintain records in Intelliflo, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting client journeys across pensions and investments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IFA/financial planning environments.
• Strong understanding of the administration that sits behind delivering financial advice.
• Experience managing IFA cases end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of IFA administration end-to-end.
• Build relationships with clients through professional communication by phone and email.
• Keep clients and advisers updated on progress and next steps.
• Prepare and submit pension and investment applications across platforms.
• Manage Letters of Authority and gather provider information.
• Liaise with pension, investment and other providers for up-to-date data.
• Proactively chase outstanding information and documentation.
• Book client appointments and prep advisers with needed materials.
• Maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo.
• Support ongoing client reviews with valuations and documentation.
• Escalate queries to Advisers or technical specialists when needed.
• Ensure regulatory and audit standards are met.
