Brighton Girls has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior ICT Technician to play a key role providing IT support at the school.
As Senior ICT Technician, You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing technical support for the school and the ICT systems
- Allocation of tasks amongst the IT Team, and some supervision of junior technicians
- Participating in a structured training path through a training scheme or apprenticeship scheme to develop ICT skills
- Working with the ICT Support team to ensure the reliable provision of school ICT systems
- Helping ensure a resilient platform is available for school ICT systems and fall-back systems are in place
- Resolving support issues with help and guidance from team members and skills learnt from training and development
