Job summary

Canvas Reply is hiring a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer to own engineering, architecture and governance of UK ICT platforms, especially Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and security tooling. You will deliver hands-on 1st–3rd line support, advanced incident resolution and security-focused configuration in a government/defence context.

You will drive automation using PowerShell, Graph API and Terraform, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR and Cyber Essentials while mentoring junior team

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 stack, Intune, Entra ID and Purview; strong endpoint security focus.
• Ability to design and implement security baselines, Zero Trust controls and governance artefacts.
• Proficient scripting and automation using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering, architecture and governance of core UK ICT platforms including Microsoft 365 and endpoint security tooling.
• Provide hands-on 1st–3rd line support with complex incident resolution and security-focused configurations.
• Lead provisioning and administration of a new Microsoft 365 tenant with robust security baselines and governance.
