Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions across new communication channels and digital media, supporting major European groups in Telco, Industry, Banking and Public Sector. The Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer role is a hands-on position shaping core UK platforms—365, Intune, Entra ID—and leading governance, security, and automation in a government/defence context.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune in a UK government/security context.
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials).
• Proficient with PowerShell scripting and Graph API; Terraform experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and operate across 1st–3rd line support.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering, architecture, and governance of core UK ICT platforms including 365, Intune, Entra ID and endpoint tooling.
• Provide hands-on 1st–3rd line support from routine requests to complex incident resolution.
• Lead provisioning, configuration, and admin of a new Microsoft 365 tenant with strong security baselines.
• Design and maintain automation and IaC using PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials; maintain governance artefacts.
• Act as senior technical reference, mentor juniors and shape escalation paths.
• Produce operational reporting and service trend analysis.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve escalations and roadmap.
