Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary 1st/2nd line IT support contact via phone, email, and ITSM system.
• Provide daily support for laptops, mobiles, and core productivity tools (MS 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Administer Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) including enrolment, compliance, access management, MFA issues.
• Perform password/MFA resets, account unlocks, OS patching, BitLocker, endpoint policy tasks.
• Investigate security alerts using Defender for Endpoint and related tooling.
• Create/maintain Knowledge Base articles and SOPs for consistent support.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for incident resolution and improvements.
• Occasional on-site support at UK offices with secure handling per Government classifications.
