• Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premises applications and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with system integrations, data management and troubleshooting.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with NEC solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.

£40,174 – £43,236 per annum, with progression up to £44,472

We’re looking for an experienced ICT Senior Analyst to join a forward-thinking digital team and play a key role in improving and transforming digital services.

You’ll take technical ownership of key business applications, including revenues and benefits systems, while supporting application administration, configuration, testing, integrations, data migration and continuous improvement.

You’ll also work closely with suppliers, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions and support service transformation.

We’re looking for:

• Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.
