Job summary

4Recruitment Services is seeking an ICT Senior Analyst in the United Kingdom to take technical ownership of key business applications, including revenues and benefits systems, and to support administration, configuration, testing and data migration. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions and service transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support, Microsoft 365, Power

Qualifications

Strong experience in application support, administration and service improvement.
Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar low-code technologies.
Knowledge of cloud and on-premises applications and hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with system integrations, data management and troubleshooting.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
Experience with NEC solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
