Career Moves Group is assisting a leading global technology company in recruiting two Solutions Architects for IAM across EMEA. The role blends hands-on IAM engineering with consulting, pre‑sales, and stakeholder management.

The position requires deep IAM expertise, strong communication with executives, and experience leading large migrations. Start date: 26 October 2026; hours: 40 per week; contract: 12 months; pay rate: £55/hour PAYE.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in a client-facing technical role in IAM or security.
• Deep hands-on IAM expertise with SSO, SAML and SCIM.
• Experience migrating large IAM programs across global scopes.
• Strong consulting mindset translating business goals into technical solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical consultant for enterprise IAM and related marketing tech.
• Lead multiple large IAM migrations and integration projects simultaneously.
• Be the principal technical contact for key client accounts.
• Translate business goals and requirements into execution plans.
• Advise technical teams, sales, and executives on solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities and designs.
• Design scalable enterprise architecture across cloud and security domains.
• Oversee partner integrations from discovery to delivery.
• Address customer issues within agreed timescales.
• Capture feedback to drive product improvements and insights.
• Build relationships across sales, product, engineering and clients.
• Present technical recommendations and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain high standards of privacy and regulatory compliance.
