Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Solutions Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) across the EMEA region. The role combines enterprise-grade security, system integration, and strategic guidance to major clients from London, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will lead migrations, define authentication models (SSO, IDP, SAML/SCIM), and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and support to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing technical experience in IAM.
• Deep IAM expertise: IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning and access governance.
• Proven track record leading large-scale migration projects or global integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain tech to execs.
• Experience with enterprise tech stacks and large partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on enterprise access and integration for marketing and IT leadership in EMEA.
• Lead end-to-end client setup, design, and migration planning to dedicated identity frameworks.
• Bridge between enterprise client teams, sales, support, and engineering groups.
• Translate client challenges into insights to influence product roadmap and platform development.
• Unblock technical hurdles during integration and manage complex support escalations.
• Implement onboarding processes and ensure GDPR and security policy compliance.
