Job summary

Career Moves is seeking two experienced Solutions Architects to join a global technology client in a client-facing IAM role. You will lead complex identity migrations and provide technical leadership across SSO, SAML, and SCIM, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical client-facing roles, deep IAM expertise, and a consultative, outcome-driven mindset.

Qualifications

At least seven years’ experience in a client-facing technical position.
Advanced, hands-on expertise in Identity and Access Management.
Strong knowledge of Identity Providers, IDaaS, SSO, SAML, SCIM, identity provisioning and access governance.
Experience leading IAM migrations and transformation programmes.
A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical consultant and SME for IAM and related tech.
Lead multiple large-scale migrations and integration projects.
Be the principal technical contact for key client accounts.
Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
Advise stakeholders and cross-functional teams on implementation plans.
Design scalable solutions across enterprise architecture, cloud, security, and integrations.
Lead partner integrations from discovery through delivery.
