Job summary

Lancesoft Europe is seeking a Solutions Architect with 7+ years of experience in IAM, IDP/IDaaS, and SSO to lead large-scale advertising technology projects across EMEA. You will translate business goals into technical execution plans, work with marketing executives on identity and advertising initiatives, and drive end-to-end migrations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep IAM expertise with hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM
• Proven experience leading large-scale global IAM projects end-to-end
• 7+ years in client-facing technical consultant roles — Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant
• Strong consultancy mindset translating client goals into technical execution plans and advising at technical and executive levels
• Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud security and integration
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise tech stacks
• Technical degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant and SME on marketing technology solutions for top accounts
• Drive multiple migrations or projects simultaneously and be the technical point of contact for key accounts
• Collaborate with sales to develop opportunities by understanding business goals and trends
• Implement processes defined by leadership and resolve support tickets
• Collect customer feedback to translate issues into product insights
• Build solutions using knowledge of products, tech, and business needs at scale
• Develop relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
• Present data-centric business topics to influence decisions
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members
