Job summary

IBU is seeking an experienced Senior Java & Python Developer to lead development, automation, and enterprise platform support. You will work with IAM/Directory Services platforms, preferably PingDS (ForgeRock DS), and contribute to migration, deployment, and production-support activities.

The role requires hands-on Java and Python development, strong Linux troubleshooting, and expertise in scripting for automation and DevOps workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java and Python development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, scripting, automation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications with debugging and API/integration work.
• Build and maintain Python automation scripts and utilities for data processing and integrations.
• Support IAM/Directory Services platforms, preferably PingDS (ForgeRock DS).
• Develop or maintain PingDS plugins, extensions, or Java-based components.
• Work with PingDS plugins or integrations and understand existing PingDS components.
• Troubleshoot Linux/RHEL environments, including filesystem, permissions, and services.
• Create Bash/Shell scripts to automate deployment, migration, validation, and operations.
• Familiarity with LDAP/LDAPS, REST APIs, JSON, and IAM security basics.
