AECOM, a global leader in infrastructure consulting, is seeking a Senior Hydrologist to lead hydrological assessments across the UK and internationally. Based in a UK office with a flexible hybrid model, you will deliver flood risk analyses, inform water resources planning, and support environmental permitting.

You will apply FEH guidance, use ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, and build strong client relationships while mentoring colleagues in a growing Water team.

Qualificações

• Experience leading hydrological assessments for flood risk and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical reports.
• Familiarity with FEH guidance and hydrological modelling standards.

Responsabilidades

• Produce flood hydrological assessments to inform flood alleviation schemes and risk mapping.
• Apply FEH guidance to derive flood flows for various catchments in England.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and deliverables.
• Use GIS tools to support hydrological analyses.
• Review hydrological assessments within AECOM.
• Build relationships with clients and other technical disciplines.
• Stay up-to-date with methodologies and guidelines affecting our services.
