Job summary

Arup is seeking a senior Water modeller to lead hydraulic modelling projects across the design process for clients including regulatory bodies and major infrastructure operators. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering strategic planning, feasibility, and detailed design with a focus on nature-based solutions and sustainable urban drainage.

You will lead others, perform technical analysis, generate robust models, and produce business cases and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science, or related discipline; progress toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Build or apply hydraulic models (1D/2D) and extract results for design solutions.
• Lead and deliver hydraulic modelling projects across the design process.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and coordinate technical specialists.
