This role offers broad exposure across pricing, optimisation, risk modelling, market analysis and strategic projects, enabling tangible impact across the business. Tyne and Wear / Hybrid working with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Insurance pricing experience in personal lines motor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with pricing platforms such as Radar, Emblem, Optimiser.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and optimisation strategies for profitable growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends.
• Conduct pricing, risk and market analysis with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product and wider teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term initiatives.
