Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with on-prem sharded MongoDB clusters.
• Extensive experience building, managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters (GKE/vanilla).
• Proven ability to design high availability, resilient infrastructure.
• Experience setting up monitoring, alerting, log collection (rsyslog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Automation and scripting experience (Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Bash).
• Extensive Linux administration experience (Ubuntu LTS).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in medium to large companies and cross-regional collaboration.
• Ability to work with diverse business units globally.
• Self-motivated team player, detail-oriented, prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, operate, and optimise hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting solutions; support automation frameworks.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and provide dev team support for delivery of services.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Establish best practices, standards, and documentation.
