Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Test & Verification Engineer to establish and mature the testing function for a product integrating software, hardware, and data-driven tech. You will own testing initiatives across the full life cycle, including FAT/SAT, AI-assisted testing, and rigorous verification.

The role covers software automation, hardware/software integration, and verification tasks with on-site Edinburgh presence 2–3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in Test, QA or verification engineering, owning a test strategy.
• Hands on Test Automation using TypeScript or Python with Playwright/Vitest/Pytest.
• Experience testing products combining hardware and software.
• Clear technical writing: test plans, procedures, and reports.
