Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, invites applications for a Senior Technical Manager UKI. Hybrid role in Wimbledon, leading technical sign-off on complex HVAC solutions and guiding Product Managers and Specialists.

You will drive governance, validate system performance, and mitigate technical risk while developing technical capability across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery. Strong engineering background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience across chillers, heat pumps, hydronic, and air handling systems.
• Experience in governance, design review, or senior engineering roles.
• Experience leading or developing technical teams.
• Strong communication and IT skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Act as final technical sign-off authority for complex/high-value HVAC solutions.
• Lead structured design review and governance processes.
• Validate system selection, performance assumptions, and application suitability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risk in bids and projects.
• Provide targeted customer engagement on strategic or high-risk opportunities.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Technical Specialists.
• Develop and deliver structured technical training programmes in partnership with factory teams and Product Managers.
