Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Technical Manager for the UK&I Applied business, based in Wimbledon with a hybrid work model. You will act as the formal technical authority, sign-off on complex HVAC solutions, and lead governance across Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery. A Mechanical Engineering degree is required and you will drive capability development.

• HVAC technical background with experience across chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, RTUs, FCUs.
• Experience in governance, design reviews, or senior engineering roles.
• Experience leading or developing technical teams.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
