• Industry experience in IREF with chillers and HVAC products.
• Understanding of selling service maintenance contracts.
• Proven track record with End Users, FMs, and contractors.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

• Demonstrates active listening and influence.

Responsibilities

• Sale of project works to FM’s contractors and end users.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Lead large scale bids and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare high-quality estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Negotiate value with customers.
• Develop growth initiatives with Sales Manager.
