Job summary

WR HVAC in the North West is seeking a Head of Projects to lead the Projects team, overseeing multiple HVAC projects from handover to completion and ensuring safe, on-time delivery and healthy margins.

The role requires senior project leadership, strong knowledge of AC/ventilation systems, robust client and subcontractor management, and a track record of improving project processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC contracting and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with engineers
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and margin oversight
• Excellent client and subcontractor management能力
• Track record of delivering projects safely and profitably
• Ability to implement process improvements as the business grows

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Projects team
• Oversee multiple HVAC projects from handover through to completion
• Manage Project Managers, engineers and subcontractors
• Review project programmes, budgets and margins
• Oversee procurement and resource planning
• Manage variations and additional works
• Maintain relationships with key clients
• Resolve technical and commercial project issues
• Ensure installations meet required quality and H&S standards
• Report project performance to the Directors
• Improve project processes as the business grows
