Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Lead AC Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems. You will supervise engineers, read drawings, and ensure safety and high workmanship across projects.

The role requires independent work with leadership responsibilities and flexibility to travel to various customer sites. A strong background in AC/HVAC and relevant certifications is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning installation, service and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs on a range of AC/HVAC systems.
• Proven track record leading engineers or projects on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AC installation, service and maintenance projects.
• Install, commission and maintain AC/HVAC systems on site.
• Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs.
• Supervise engineers and subcontractors on site.
• Read technical drawings and specifications.
• Complete service reports and project documentation.
• Ensure health and safety and quality standards.
