Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Head of Projects - HVAC / Mechanical to lead its Project Management team. Based at North Manchester Base with national travel, you will oversee five Project Managers and take ownership of successful delivery across the UK.

You will act as the technical escalation point for HVAC and mechanical projects, drive profitability, monitor costs and margins, support procurement, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC/mechanical background with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project managers.
• Solid understanding of project costs, margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of 5 Project Managers.

An established and growing HVAC and mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced Head of Projects / Senior Project Manager to lead its Project Management team.

This is a senior role overseeing 5 Project Managers and taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical projects across the UK.

You will be the first point of call for technical project issues, supporting Project Managers with complex challenges and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

The Role

• Lead, manage and support a team of 5 Project Managers
• Act as the technical escalation point for HVAC and mechanical project issues
