Job summary

Linxon is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major HV substation project from concept through commissioning. You will manage NEC4 governance, subcontractor interfaces, and cross‑functional teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires strong leadership, cost forecasting, and risk management capabilities within an HV environment, with a focus on partnering with clients and suppliers to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management required.
• Proven experience delivering HV substation or transmission projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 contract mechanisms and governance.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a two-stage HV substation project from concept to commissioning.
• Plan and manage programme milestones, interfaces, and deliverables.
• Administer NEC4 governance, including early warnings, change control, and communications.
• Oversee construction activities safely in HV environments and coordinate with teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities and maintain risk registers.
