Job summary

PRS is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our SME Technical Lead team, working across EMEA in data centre environments. The role requires HV/LV AP/SAP expertise, design, commissioning and operations oversight, and a hands-on approach in a high-pressure, critical facility.

You will lead electrical projects, review RAMS, manage switching programs, and mentor shift engineers while travelling as needed across the region.

Qualifications

Electrical engineer with HV/LV switching experience and AP/SAP credentials.
Experience in design, commissioning and operations within data centre environments.
Proven ability to manage RAMS and sign-off critical electrical work.
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
Willingness to travel and stay away as required across EMEA.
HNC/HND or higher in electrical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in optimising electrical systems for efficiency, resiliency, and reliability.
Review and sign-off critical switching and RAMS for electrical work.
Perform HV/LV switching and manage AP duties and SAP compliance.
Draft specifications for electrical projects and new builds.
Support incident reports with technical information.
Lead electrical elements during commissioning of upgrades.
Ensure Electrical Health & Safety policies are followed.
Maintain ticketing system and track key electrical issues.
