Responsibilities

• Handle the effective daily operation and the full spectrum of the Human Resource functions.
• Responsible for full cycle of talent recruitment process from advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, offering, to on-boarding.
• Administer employee information and data from start of employment through changes due to transfers, promotions, salary changes, until termination of service with the hotel.
• Promote employer branding through social media promotion and multimedia contents.
• Promote and coordinate employee health and engagement activities through events like workshops, sports and other staff gatherings.
• Prepare regular HR statistics and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis and other management information.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources in the hotel industry.
• Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Proficiency in HRIS.
