Job Description:

My client, a financial services firm, is looking to hire a Senior HR Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. The role requires attendance in the office 3 days a week with 2 days remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR Inbox and act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding, leavers, and internal moves.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Provide management with regular HR metrics and insights through data recording and extraction.
  • Support benefits and pension administration, including renewals and communication of details.

Qualifications

  • Membership of CIPD at any level above Affiliate or equivalent knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Relevant recent HR experience, including some recruitment experience.
