Businessynergy was established over 22 years ago with the aim of providing small/medium sized employers with access to professional and pragmatic HR advice. We pride ourselves on building strong, professional relationships with business owners and their management teams.

We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor/Consultant to join our team. The role can be adapted to the successful candidate, however we are keen for applicants to have strong HR generalist experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Personal qualities:You will be professional and to make a strong initial impact with a can-do approach to problem solving and an ability to adapt your style to the situation in hand.

Experience:With sound employment law knowledge and a proven HR background, ideally you will have experience of working within a HR setting in larger organisations and may be a career returner or someone who wants a better work life balance.

Flexibility:Whilst we would like someone to work part time, 5 days per week we recognise the importance of flexibility for work life balance and so are open to considering alternative working patterns. We offer hybrid working with an aim to be in the office at least one day a week. The remaining time will be spent between client premises and home, therefore a full clean driving licence is required and your own vehicle. It is important that you are based within commuting distance to the office in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove.

We're seeking a new colleague to start in September, but are open to an earlier start date if it better suits the right candidate.
