Job summary

Origin UK Operations and Origin Amenity is seeking an HSQE Business Partner to shape and implement divisional HSQE strategies across Landscapes, Sports and Environment. The role supports site managers, HSE reps and the cross-skilling of the team while embedding robust HSQE standards.

The position is hybrid (home-based and site‑based nationwide) with regular travel and occasional international travel as required. NEBOSH certifications and ISO experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate with 5+ years in a similar role.
• NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor (ISO-14001/45001) qualification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and cross-territory awareness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Embed proactive HSQE culture across sites and business units.
• Lead incident triage, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct site audits, risk assessments and follow-up actions.
• Support ISO management systems and internal/external audits.
• Deliver HSE training and coach teams to own HSQE responsibilities.
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients and contractors.
