Job summary

J & E Hall International is seeking a seasoned HSQE professional to lead compliance across health, safety, quality, and environment. You will drive ISO standard adherence, perform audits, and support projects with CDM duties while liaising with clients and senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, broad HSQE knowledge, and willingness to travel to multiple sites across the UK South region.

Qualifications

• Minimum NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
• Membership of professional organisations (e.g. IOSH, IIRSM, ISEP).
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO14001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management system to meet requirements.
• Provide technical support and coordination on HSQE issues.
• Ensure CDM compliance and client/principal contractor duties.
• Act as interface with clients on HSQE matters.
• Investigate HSQE accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Establish audit programs for ISO standards and monitor compliance.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual HSQE requirements.
• Report trends to senior management and drive improvements.
