Sizewell C is recruiting a Senior Health & Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead strategic safety across the project lifecycle at Leiston, Suffolk. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on zero-harm culture, ensuring everyone returns home safely.

You will influence decisions, manage a multidisciplinary team, and work with Tier 1 contractors to embed safety in all delivery stages. This is a high-profile position in a multi‑billion‑pound programme.

Competenze

• Significant Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership experience within major infrastructure, construction, engineering or industrial environments.
• NEBOSH Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
• Chartered membership of a recognised Health & Safety professional body (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Experience leading high-performing Health & Safety teams.
• Proven track record of improving safety performance in large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
