Job summary

Wilson James is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety across the Sizewell C LLP programme. You will provide expert advice, independent assurance and practical support across warehousing, transport, on-site logistics and final mile delivery, reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant senior H&S experience in major infrastructure, construction, logistics or similar environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of warehouse, transport, and on-site logistics risks.
• Experience with multi-contractor operations and complex interfaces.
• Proven capability in risk-based audits, inspections and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety across the Sizewell C LLP programme.
• Provide competent advice, independent assurance and operational support.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to improve H&S performance.
• Analyse HS performance data and drive evidence-based reporting.
