Job summary

Vestas seeks a senior HSE Manager to lead sub-regional delivery, aligning with the Regional Capacity Plan and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will deploy critical controls across sites, drive assurance inputs, and escalate risks to the Regional Head of HSE.

You will help shape the safety culture, model curious inquiry and continuous improvement, and lead multi-site, multi-project operations across several countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related health & safety field.
• Professional HSE qualification such as NEBOSH is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sub-regional HSE delivery aligned to the Regional Capacity Plan.
• Deploy global/regional HSE standards and critical controls across the sub-region.
• Help shape safety culture through leadership forums and proactive coaching.
