Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma certificate
• Experience in high risk sectors (manufacturing, logistics, waste, engineering)
• Operational safety environment experience
• People management and collaborative communication

Responsibilities

• Lead cultural change across health, safety and environment
• Manage HSE compliance across multiple sites
• Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place and reviewed
• Develop and maintain safety action plans and compliance programmes
• Oversee accident, incident and near-miss reporting and investigations
• Embed proactive safety culture and champion behavioural safety
