Job summary

NES Fircroft in Grangemouth is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex projects on a full-time, permanent basis. The role combines technical leadership with commercial accountability and stakeholder liaison across multi-disciplinary teams.

The position operates on a hybrid pattern (3 days in office/site, 2 days remote) with standard Monday-to-Friday hours, focusing on safe, on-time, and on-budget project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• PMI, APM or equivalent Project Management qualification.
• Membership of a recognised professional body.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects from contract award through close-out.
• Maintain responsibility for technical, commercial and operational performance.
• Establish objectives, schedules and delivery strategies.
• Ensure delivery safely, on schedule, within budget and contractual requirements.
• Chair and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance; manage change control.
• Lead and develop project teams; set goals and performance expectations.
• Promote health, safety, environment and quality across activities.
