HSE Recruitment Network seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for a fast‑paced food and beverage site in the UK. You will shape HSE strategy, lead a small team, and report to senior leadership while driving culture and operational risk management.

The role offers a salary of £55,000–£70,000 per year plus a benefits package, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week at this single manufacturing site in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

Qualifications

• Experience driving HSE strategy in a production environment.
• Strong coaching, leadership and communication across functions.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into local actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety across a complex single site and develop group strategy.
• Manage an HSE Coordinator and provide coaching and development.
• Lead audits, risk reviews and incident investigations; ensure compliance.
