Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking Regional Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisors to support construction and facilities management projects across multiple UK regions. These site-based, boots-on-the-ground roles require practical HSE guidance, site inspections, and collaboration with project teams on safety compliance.

We are hiring three experienced HSE Advisors to cover North Thames/Central, South Thames, and Wales & West regions with SC security clearance where required and extensive travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' practical Health & Safety experience within construction or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of current UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience working in a CDM environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical Health, Safety & Environmental advice across construction and facilities management projects.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Review RAMS, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
