Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for our Rogerstone site in Newport. You will be the key safety on-site presence, supporting operations, guiding teams and driving a positive safety culture across the manufacturing operation.

You will report to the Head of Safety, with significant autonomy and opportunities to influence safe working practices and continuous improvement within a large production environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate demonstrates necessary safety qualifications.
• Experience in an operational/production environment with HSE responsibilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvements on site.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Health & Safety representative on site and guide teams.
• Attend daily operations meetings and communicate safety priorities.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into accidents and incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Carry out Health & Safety audits ensuring compliance with standards.
• Deliver IOSH Managing Safely training across the site.
