2 Sisters Food Group in Newport (Rogerstone) is recruiting a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor for a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will report to the Head of Safety, acting as the on-site HSE lead and driving improvements across operations.

The role focuses on leading investigations, audits and training, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with company standards and legislative requirements. A NEBOSH certificate and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate required.
• Experience in Health & Safety within an operational environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Health & Safety representative on site.
• Attend daily operations meeting and communicate priorities.
• Conduct daily site inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement prevention.
• Carry out Health & Safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Deliver IOSH Managing Safely training across the site.
