Job summary

The FR Group is seeking an Experienced Health & Safety Advisor to oversee SHQE across multiple framework schemes along the South Coast. You will report to the HSEQ Manager and collaborate with site teams, ensuring compliance from pre-construction through handover.

The role requires delivering SHEQ guidance, supporting bids and tenders, and conducting risk assessments, CDM plans, and training to improve overall safety performance across projects valued up to £150M.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SHEQ guidance across multiple schemes within a main contracting environment.
• Proven ability to manage Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems from pre-construction to handover.
• Strong client liaison skills and knowledge of CDM processes and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SHQE systems from pre-construction through to handover across schemes in the South Coast.
• Provide SHEQ guidance to site teams and bid/tender support for pre-construction.
• Carry out risk assessments, method statements and CDM plans and train staff.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on projects with the HSEQ team.
