Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our HSE team. Reporting to the Senior H&S Manager, you will monitor on-site safety across multiple projects and ensure compliance with company policies and UK regulations.

You will visit sites, conduct audits, deliver training, and support project teams from pre-con through to handover, working across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey.

Formación

• NEBOSH certification is required for the role.
• Chartered IOSH membership is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SHE legislation in construction.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure policies and procedures are maintained across sites.
• Regularly visit sites for audits and provide training and support.
• Assist with projects from pre-con stage through to completion and handover.
